At Made Today Cafe and Bakery, we are committed to helping you have the home-cooked breakfast experience you desire. Nearly all items on our full menu can be prepared gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or nut-free. Also, all of our menu items can be prepared containing gluten, dairy, and nuts if it’s safe for you to enjoy these ingredients!
With that being said, our kitchen is NOT a gluten-free kitchen. Although we take every precaution including having all separate griddles, utensils and work spaces clearly marked gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, washing prep spaces between orders, washing bowls and cooking utensils between orders, and thoroughly training ALL kitchen and wait staff on how to properly communicate and prepare special request orders, there may still be small amounts of cross contamination.
As an added layer of accuracy, we make all gluten-free biscuits round and all regular biscuits square.
